CanTeen respects the privacy of individuals. Generally, CanTeen does not release personal information. However in response to a legal requirement, in the case of an emergency or in exceptional circumstances we may, at our discretion, authorise the release of the personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We may also release personal information in accordance with our arrangements with our service providers such as mail houses and IT outsourcing companies.

2.1 CanTeen may make a record of your visit and log your visit for statistical and business purposes. Such information includes your server address, domain name, IP address, the date and time of your visit, pages accessed, documents downloaded, previous site visited and the type of browser used.
2.2 If you send us an email message we will record your email address. We will only use your email address for National Bandanna Day and CanTeen business purposes.
